Former Lockton leader becomes ��߾�Ʒ’s first national property team lead

(Denver, CO – April 4, 2025). , a North American insurance brokerage firm specializing in risk management, insurance, wholesale brokerage and money management, is announcing a key hire this week with the addition of Erik Wargo as Executive Vice President, Head of Property. This is the first national property team lead in ��߾�Ʒ history and showcases ��߾�Ʒ’s growing national scale and willingness to compete for and win the biggest, most complex property accounts in the U.S.

Wargo has over two decades of brokerage experience specializing in commercial property programs for risk management clients, with prior experience at Marsh, Crump, McGriff and Lockton. He developed expertise in handling large real estate, hospitality, industrial, municipalities, manufacturing, and global accounts with an emphasis on program strategy, design, and implementation of shared and layered property programs.

Throughout his career, Erik has demonstrated a deep understanding of complex insurance solutions, manuscript policy wording and a commitment to providing tailored risk management strategies for clients. His diverse experience across retail and wholesale brokerage coupled with his leadership roles, and now Executive Vice President, Head of Property, has him well positioned to use that knowledge to assist ��߾�Ʒ associates and clients.
