(Charlotte – March 14, 2024). �����������߾�Ʒ Financial Group, a North American insurance brokerage firm specializing in risk management, insurance, wholesale brokerage and wealth management, and , an �����������߾�Ʒ company and one of the largest privately owned independent insurance agencies in the Carolinas, hosted its 10^th Annual Poker Tournament on Friday, March 22 with $42,000 raised for local nonprofits.

This year’s theme was “Dealing a Decade of Good Fortune,” and all contributions to the event benefitted Charlotte nonprofits in partnership with the �����������߾�Ʒ Foundation. The tournament was Texas Hold’Em, but instead of playing for cash, participants played for chips and the leaders had their choice of prizes at the conclusion of the event.

“ECM Solutions has a long history of philanthropy in Charlotte, and we’re honored to continue that tradition for the 10^th year in a row, but now as a part of the �����������߾�Ʒ Foundation,” said Jeff Haney, President of ECM Solutions. “We encourage our clients, partners and local community members to participate, sponsor or stop by to enjoy a thrilling evening of poker action, March Madness and coming together for the good of our community.”

ECM Solutions raised nearly $340,000 for Charlotte nonprofits through this event over the past nine years, with this being the first in conjunction with the �����������߾�Ʒ Foundation after ECM joined �����������߾�Ʒ Financial Group as a strategic partner in 2023. The �����������߾�Ʒ Foundation provides grants to organizations that have a primary focus on advancing youth, with five key areas identified: education, mental health, arts & culture, food insecurity and homelessness.

All funds raised from this year’s event will be kept local and dispersed to Charlotte-area nonprofits within the �����������߾�Ʒ Foundation grant priority of Advancing Youth this fall.
